Retcon Hero Home Rules

Of the ten presented, I really like these seven, and they don't change any of the original hero cards. You keep everything original, and just add a card. Note that the colors seem more washed out after printing than my custom cards. Not sure why.
Let's take a look at these.
Hulk is an easy pick. This is the original Hulk idea which got ported to Drax, due to FFG politics. It fixes the alter ego hand size, about which the original creator commented. This is definitely a more viable Hulk --might do better in a Flow Like Water Protection deck with more readies to defend and get hit.
Rocket has a rather unremarkable retcon, it's mostly useful in solo play, but it clearly has multiplayer potential, especially with Groot to build up counters.
Spectrum is moderately useful. I find she doesn't get "stuck" as often as people say, but it's a nice backup plan.
Valkyrie is already OP in my box. Why add another card? I agree with the card creator, this gives easier access to her alter ego powers. This might be the icing on the cake where she would contend for most powerful hero.
Wasp is the one I really like. This is just a great idea. I had taken Swarm Tactics out of her deck because Ready to Rumble is better. Now I might put it back in. Regardless, Wasp has nine event cards to discount, so she should average 1 card per hand. This is very viable, and encourages use of form-switching, which I think makes her more fun to play.
Groot has been mentioned in other threads with this home rule. I love it. I'm not sure how much it can be used, but having a five counter buffer is great. Theoretically, this lets him use his other event cards without dropping below ten growth counters.
Hawkeye has also been mentioned in other circles, including this blog, with this home rule. This is must-do for me. I like the Retcon version better with its shuffling mechanic to get more access to arrows, particularly if piercing is needed or AOE, or something...
The others:
Adam Warlock --my Retcon is way better.
Drax seems very particular for building a certain kind of deck, and for more advanced play. For me, it's high risk, low reward, but it does increase his pace a little.
She Hulk doesn't need the rage counters, she uses Focused Rage. That said, I've seen some retcons which place a Focused Rage in her hand on setup.
