Card Spotlight: Aerial Cards and Heroes

Aerial Traited Heroes and Cards The Aerial trait started out with almost no support in the Core Box.  Iron Man had a few abilities which were boosted from being Aerial, but he had to spend energy to do it. Aerial Heroes: Only two heroes have innate Aerial traits on their hero identities. Almost 100% Aerial Heroes: Thor comes with Mjolnir in his opening hand, and can gain Aerial for the whole game from his hammer if he hangs on to it.  Nova starts with the Supernova Helmet in his opening hand.   Ironheart version 1 does not have Aerial, but versions 2 & 3 have innate Aerial traits on the hero cards. Mostly Aerial Heroes (with an aerial upgrade): Captain Marvel can discard Cosmic Flight to prevent 3 damage, but she has two in her deck.   Iceman loses Ice Slide if he flips to Alter Ego, but he also has two in his deck. Card Spotlight: Team Building Exercise

 Team Building Exercise This is another card spotlight.  It's an easy resource discount card, but due to dual-traited heroes, not as niche as I first thought.  Among the solo player base, this card is often overlooked, as there are better options for most decks.  However, for those of us struggling with whole box deckbuilding , this is a good option to boost the economy of a few decks.   This comes in Ant Man's deck, and certainly, the Avenger trait in Leadership is easy to build on.  Aerial can be amazing while combining with Avengers, Xmen, or Champions.  Psionic can combine with Xmen or X-force.  Iceman has a nice combo with his Ice cards.  Asgard also combines with Avengers, and Thor hits the trifecta with Asgard, Avengers, and Aerial from Mjolnir.
